Important Information
● No fee or part of fee will be refunded even if student leaves the training centre after the admission or during the course, due to any reason what so ever it may be.
● Right of admission is reserved.
● Formation of unions/association of students are not allowed .
● Wearing of prescribed uniform during theory & practical classes, white apron is compulsory .
● Student admitted to the course must join their classes on the date intimated.
● All leave application must be in writing to the incharge of the training centre .
● A student must attend 75% of the full course of lectures & practical classes in each subject and must fulfil all rules & regulation laid down by the state Medical faculty tobe eligible for appearance in the annual examinations.
● The attendance for clinical subjects should be at least 80% of the total clinical hour then only she /he will be eligible to appear in the examination.
● Class examination will be held towards the end of each term. Attendance for that examination is compulsory. Marks obtained in these examination and in day to day work will be taken into account towards the annual examination.
● Every student must have to abide by the Rules of the training centre failing other wise his/her name is liable to be removed by Director from the roll of the institute.
● Use of alcohol or any intoxicants or narcotics are not allowed in the premises of the training cehntre. The student can be rusticated id found using any one of the substances.
Rules & regulation resident students:-
● Residents are responsible for the care of the facilities provided to them in their rooms.
● Relatives or guests are not allowed to stay in the room.
● Strict action will be taken against those found taking part in disturbing actvites.
● Radios TV tape recorder are not allowed in the rooms as they are provided in the common room.
● The authorities are not responsible for any thing missing on the part of the resident.
● Residents are not allowed to leave the hostel without prior permission of the warden or the director .A written application is to be submitted stating the reasons.
● The hostel register has to be signed by the resident at the time of arrival or departure.
● Resident are not allowed in & out of the hostel after 10p.m.
● Intake of any kind of intoxication is strictly prohibited.
● All resedents have to take meals at the hostel mess; sick student can be allowed to take separate meals.
● The authorities have power to expel any resident found guilty of illegal activities.
